Rusk Center Dedication

On October 28, 1977 a dedication ceremony took place for the Dean Rusk Center for International and Comparative Law (now the Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy). The ceremony was also attended by Governor Georgia Busbee and Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson. At the ceremony both Dean Rusk and George Ball (Undersecretary of State to Secretary of State Rusk) spoke.
