Center Dedication, Dean Rusk Speech

The dedication ceremony for the Dean Rusk Center for International and Comparative Law (now the Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy) took place on October 28, 1977. The ceremony was also attended by Governor Georgia Busbee and Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson. <br>
