Abstract
NOTE VENUE CHANGE - Internationally-renowned constitutional law scholar Sanford V. Levinson, a chaired professor at the University of Texas School of Law, will deliver the 99th Sibley Lecture March 28 at 3:30 p.m. in the HATTON LOVEJOY COURTROOM. Levinson’s lecture is titled “Constitutional Norms in a State of Permanent Emergency.”
