Through three panels, explored copyright law, trademark law and patent law, with a focus on the perspectives of the European Union and the United States. Panelists included experts from multiple U.S. intellectual property law areas as well as experts on EU design-protection law who discussed the current issues facing intellectual property law and projected its evolution throughout the next decade.

Sponsored by the law school's Journal of Intellectual Property Law and the Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy.
