Abstract
Former Georgia Law Dean Edward D. "Ned" Spurgeon is the 2016 recipient of the John H. Pickering Award of Achievement, which honors the life and accomplishments of John H. Pickering, an outstanding lawyer who was involved in various pro bono activities and law-related societal issues affecting the elderly. The award is given by the ABA's Senior Lawyers Division.
