Abstract

Associate Professor Peter B. "Bo" Rutledge was mentioned in an Institute for Transnational Arbitration press release for his role as co-chair of the 7th Annual ITA-ASIL Conference titled Arbitration: The End of the Golden Age? The conference will take place in March and will explore whether a golden age is ending for arbitration or whether the evolution of arbitration and arbitration practice will lead to improvements.
