Hellerstein presents paper to OECD/G20 Task Force on the Digital Economy
Abstract
Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein presented a draft of the background paper he prepared for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development/G20 Task Force on the Digital Economy on “Registration and collection mechanisms for taxpayers that are not located in the jurisdiction of taxation” at the meeting of the task force during December in Paris, France.
