Scherr updates Green's Georgia Law of Evidence
Abstract
Associate Professor Alexander W. Scherr recently published the 2012-2013 edition of Green’s Georgia Law of Evidence, a leading text on Georgia evidence law. The new edition reflects Georgia’s adoption of the federal rules of evidence and assesses the impact of the new code on prior Georgia law and its creation of new areas of argument.
