Abstract
Assistant Professor Jason A. Cade’s articles “Deporting the Pardoned” (46 U.C. Davis Law Review 355) and “The Plea Bargain Crisis for Noncitizens in Misdemeanor Court” (34 Cardozo Law Review 1751) were both cited in a new report by Human Rights Watch regarding the social impact of deporting noncitizens with minor drug convictions. The report was written by Grace Meng and published 6/16/15.
