Keynote Address

Professor Emerita Joanne Irene Gabrynowicz delivered the keynote address covering the history of space station agreements. Her talk also asked many questions about the future of space law, if and when it will be necessary to define where space begins, and how to manage the increasing potential for commercialism and natural resources beyond our atmosphere.
