Kirbo Chair Elizabeth Chamblee Burch's article "Publicly Funded Objectors" was reviewed by Jasminka Kalajdzic in JOTWELL (Jun. 1, 2018). In the review, she said Burch "persuasively argues that properly motivated and publicly funded objectors offer our best hope to ensure judges have the necessary information to monitor attorneys and the settlements they seek to have approved."
