The panel discussion was held on April 7, 2004 at the University of Georgia School of Law. Almost 50 years after the landmark Brown v. Topeka Board of Education decision was handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court, Georgia Law hosted a program to reflect on the past, evaluate the present and discuss the future, which included the 97th Sibley Lecture, a discussion panel and commemorative dinner.
