Nunnally successfully argues case for Wilbanks CEASE Clinic client

Congratulations to third-year law student Michael Nunnally for successfully arguing a Motion to Compel Discovery and for attorney's fees on behalf of one of the Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic clients in a civil suit in the Monroe County Superior Court. The court ordered the defendant to provide responses to several interrogatories and requests for the production of documents as well as attorney’s fees. Nunnally also requested several sanctions, which the judge stated he will order if the defendant fails to comply with the discovery requests.
