Abstract

The fundamentals of conducting research on the law and practice of Georgia are lucky to have available a new book by law librarians at Georgia State University. GEORGIA LEGAL RESEARCH (Carolina Academic Press, 2007), by Nancy P. Johnson, Elizabeth G. Adelman, and Nancy J. Adams, offers any researcher a solid foundation from which to begin their work, especially when moving into unfamiliar territories. The chapter on online legal researching (Chapter 9) speaks in broad principles, and can be read as a general background to this paper, which focuses on specific current resources.
