Faivre places second in FBA tax law writing competition
Abstract
Congratulations to second-year law student Stephen R. Faivre who earned second place for his paper "An Imprudent Proposal: The Case Against Restricting the CUT Method in U.S. Transfer Pricing" in the Federal Bar Association Donald C. Alexander Tax Law Writing Competition. His paper will be published in the Report, the FBA Tax Section's newsletter. A revised version will also be published in the June 2011 issue of The Federal Lawyer.
