EJF/WIPI organizations presented with Outstanding Campus Event Award

End Date: 2009-09-12 The Equal Justice Foundation and the Working in the Public Interest Conference organizations were recently presented with the H. Gordon and Francis S. Davis S.O.A.R. Award for Outstanding Campus Event for the school's "Public Interest Weekend," which was organized by the two groups in February. The weekend included the Annual EJF Auction, which raised money for public interest fellowships, and the WIPI Conference, which brought practitioners and students to UGA to address public interest issues.
