Iusiurandum in Litem in the Bonae Fidei Iudicia
Abstract
It is generally held that despite the texts there was no 'iusiurandum in litem' in the 'bonae fidei iudicia'. The purpose of the present paper is to show that the arguments put forward for this proposition are weak and unconvincing.
