Peter B. Rutledge has been appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Rules Advisory Committee.
Walter Hellerstein was quoted in The Wall Street Journal regarding the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's decision on whether or not the state of Massachusetts can collect taxes from an out of state retail chain that sells tires to Massachusetts residents.
