Abstract
Distinguished Research Professor and Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein presented “A Third-Country Observer’s Thoughts on the Proposed EU Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base (CCCTB) Controlled Foreign Corporation Rules,” during a conference on the CCCTB and third countries that was held at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law of the Vienna University of Economics and Business in January.
