Diane Marie Amann delivers talks on international criminal justice

Abstract

Woodruff Chair in International Law Diane Marie Amann presented "International Criminal Justice and the Value of Peace" to attorneys at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

She also gave a lecture entitled "On the Eve of the Lubanga Verdict: The Judicial Function and the Politics of International Criminal Justice" at the Hague Institute for Global Justice during March. Her lecture was the first in a series entitled "International Criminal Justice and the Contours of the Judicial Function: Lectures in Honour of Antonio Cassese."
