Larry Thompson to deliver talk on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
Abstract
Sibley Professor Larry D. Thompson will participate in a symposium titled "The FCPA at Thirty-five and its Impact on Global Business" at Ohio State University during March. The event will convene top government officials, leading academics from both the U.S. and the U.K., and experienced practitioners to discuss the many aspects of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
