Hellerstein publishes book on taxation of global digital commerce

Abstract

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Walter Hellerstein has published Taxing Global Digital Commerce (Kluwer Law International, 2013) (with A. Cockfield et al.). The book contains an in-depth analysis of cross-border tax issues arising under international income and VAT regimes as well as the U.S. subnational tax regime.
