Chapman publishes on the 14th Amendment as part of Interactive Constitution Project

Abstract

Assistant Professor Nathan S. Chapman published "The Fourteenth Amendment Due Process Clause" and "Substantive Due Process: Text, History, Experience" as part of the National Constitution Center's Interactive Constitution Project, which pairs scholars from across the legal and philosophical spectrum to explore the meaning of each provision of the Constitution. Chapman's co-author of the first piece was New York University Law School's Kenji Yoshino.
