RUNAWAY BRIDE INDICTED
Abstract
A grand jury indicted Jennifer Wilbanks after she captured the country's attention several weeks ago with a false tale of kidnapping and sexual assault. Georgia Law Professor Ronald L. Carlson agreed with the indictment, although he does not think Wilbanks will serve any jail time.
