Abstract
UGA's Christian Faculty Forum met this week to discuss the significance of Harriet Miers' appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. Georgia Law Professor J. Randy Beck, who clerked for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, summed up the nomination, saying "every new appointment makes the Supreme Court a new court."
