Abstract
Professor Donald E. Wilkes Jr. was quoted in the Reno Gazette-Journal in an edited excerpt from the book "Johnson-Jeffries: Dateline Reno," which marks the centennial of "The Fight of the Century." Wilkes's quote came from a piece he wrote in 2007 titled "Unforgivable Racism," which is referenced in the book. The article appeared on 6/27/10.
