UGA students nail the cheats in IRS forensic accounting simulation

Abstract

Prosecutorial Clinic Director Alan A. Cook was mentioned in the Athens Banner-Herald for his involvement in a fraud investigation simulation at UGA. Cook acted as a federal magistrate judge to help demonstrate for the forensic accounting students participating in the workshop some of the obstacles they might face when applying for a search warrant in real life. The article was written by Lee Shearer and appeared on 6/1/11.
