Title
Georgia Law alumnus aids in bringing UNESCO designation to Chile’s Cape Horn
Abstract
Thanks in part to the efforts of University of Georgia Fulbright students Christopher Anderson and Juan Harcha (LL.M.'05), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has designated Chile’s Cape Horn area as a World Biosphere Reserve. The reserve is located at the southern tip of Chile and includes the marine areas and islands that make up the Cape Horn Archipelago.
