Abstract
Georgia Lt. Gov. Pierre Howard, a 1968 Law School graduate, returned to Hirsch Hall April 20, 1991, at 11:15 a.m. at the North Campus Quard to present the keynote speech at Law Day UGA ceremonies. Distinguished Service Scroll awarded to George T. Smith and George H. Carley.
