UGA School of Law National Moot Court Team Finishes as Quarterfinalists in Tournament
The University of Georgia School of Law competed in the National Moot Court Competition in early February and finished the tournament as a quarterfinalist. Sponsored by Hawkins & Parnell, LLP, the third-year student trio of Meredith Bunn, Alan Hamilton and Christopher Latimer performed spectacularly, according to Director of Advocacy Kellie Casey. “The team was outstanding. Approximately 250 teams enter the national competition each year and our team’s finish as one of the top eight teams in the country is another example of our students’ excellence,” she said.
