Congratulations to third-year law student Ellen R. Clarke for placing third in the International Association of Defense Counsel's 2013 writing contest. Her paper titled "A Duty to Over Preserve? How Disregarding Foreign Data Privacy Laws May Keep Litigants Out of a Jam" was published in the Oct. 2013 issue of the Defense Counsel Journal.
