Abstract
Sibley Professor in Corporate and Business Law Larry D. Thompson has been appointed chairman of the Ethics Research Center Board, effective immediately. The ERC is the research arm of the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI), which is a best practice community of organizations that are committed to creating and sustaining high quality ethics and compliance programs.
