Abstract

UGA School of Law finishes as semifinalists at national Transactional LawMeet

Congratulations to second-year students Joseph Natt and Meryl See for finishing as national semifinalists at the Transactional LawMeet, which was held in New York City. The team also won the Best Draft award. Third-year student Steven D. Zavodnick Jr. assisted the team on the seller's draft of a stock purchase agreement in a complex global transaction.
