Congratulations to third-year students Molly H. Cash and Hannah R. Coleman, and third-year student Benjamin M. "Ben" Hill and second-year student Steven D. "Steve" Zavodnick for finishing as regional finalists in their respective Transactional LawMeet tournaments held in Denver and Dallas recently. Both teams qualified to advance to the national tier of the tournament to be held in New York City during March. Only 14 teams advanced out of a field of 84 in this national tournament involving the preparation of a complex mergers and acquisitions document and oral negotiations. Georgia Law graduates assisting these teams in getting ready for the contest included Robert C. "Rob" Davis III (J.D.'99), Amanda L. Norcross (J.D.'05) and Rhys T. Wilson (J.D.'79). Also, second-year student Hailey R. Wilson helped with preparations.
