Lecture delivered by William S. Sessions, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 10:30 a.m. on April 21, 1990, on the North Campus Quad. Sessions spoke on the theme "Justice Around the World, Justice in America, Justice for Youth and the Elderly" at the Law Day UGA 1990 observance. Distinguished Service Scroll awarded to Thomas O. Marshall and Alexander W. Smith, Jr.
