Abstract

During spring term, 2009 Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, joined the University of Georgia School of Law as a Carl E. Sanders Political Leadership Scholar. He taught a course on judicial review. Mr. Gingrich addressed the UGA Law Republicans where he spoke about the legal profession, the judiciary, and answered questions from law students.
