Georgia Law hosted the 29th Annual Red Clay Conference titled “Emerging Issues in Environmental Law.” The daylong program included three panel discussions, and Judson H. “Jud” Turner, the former director of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, delivered the keynote address. Community Newspapers, Inc. President Dink NeSmith also provided a special address.
