Abstract
The U.S. Supreme Court is now dominated by conservatives and the judicial philosophy of Originalism has become prominent. We talk to a Supreme Court scholar about what Originalism means, what it looks like in practice, and how it’s likely to shape the Court’s upcoming decisions and the country.
