Abstract

Environmental Practicum Director Laurie A. Fowler was mentioned in Columns regarding being selected as one of 19 faculty members to begin a yearlong Service Learning Fellows program. She is leading a multidisciplinary initiative called Watershed UGA that will give students the opportunity to engage in service learning, undergraduate research and content knowledge using campus streams.
