Abstract
Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson's book Carlson on Evidence: Comparing the Georgia and Federal Rules (with M. Carlson) was used by Supreme Court of Georgia Chief Justice Hugh P. Thompson to decide the issue of propriety of admission or exclusion of "other acts" of evidence in Brooks v. State.
