Abstract

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit recently extended a unique opportunity to Dean Peter B. "Bo” Rutledge to lead a question-and-answer discussion with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas during its recent conference. Rutledge is a former judicial clerk of Justice Thomas.
