Abstract
Sibley Professor in Corporate and Business Law Larry D. Thompson was featured on NPR's "All Things Considered" regarding a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a case where a black man was convicted by an all-white jury and the use of peremptory juror strikes resulting in racial bias was determined. The interview titled "Supreme Court Orders New Trial For Black Death Row Inmate Convicted By All-White Jury" was conducted by Nina Totenberg and aired 5/23/16.
