Abstract

Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Hosch Professor Lori A. Ringhand delivered the keynote address at the Brigham Young University Law School's Supreme Court Review held in conjunction with Constitution Day. Her talk focused on Merrick Garland's pending nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.
