Abstract

Distinguished Research Professor & Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein presented “A U.S. Subnational Perspective on ‘Ten Questions about Why and How to Tax the Digitalized Economy’” at a Conference on International Tax Policy in a Disruptive Environment at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance during December in Munich, Germany.
