Abstract
Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson's book Carlson on Evidence, 5th ed. (with M. Carlson) was cited by the Georgia Supreme Court to decide that a witness may be attacked by contradicting him with facts that are inconsistent with the story told in court by the witness in the case of Taylor v. State.
