Bruner presents at international conference on law, finance and sustainability
Abstract
Hosch Professor Christopher M. Bruner presented “Corporate Governance Reform in Post-Crisis Financial Firms: Two Fundamental Tensions” at a conference titled “Law, Finance & Sustainability” in England. Hosted by the University of Sheffield’s Institute of Corporate and Commercial Law and co-sponsored by the University of Oslo’s Sustainable Market Actors for Responsible Trade (SMART) initiative, the event brought together an international group of scholars and practitioners to discuss financial dimensions of corporate sustainability.
