Abstract
Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson's book Carlson on Evidence, 5th ed. (with M. Carlson) was cited by the Georgia Court of Appeals to evaluate whether a criminal defendant's prior misconduct should be held against him in a trial for a new crime in Gunn v. State.
