Carlson book cited by Georgia Court of Appeals
Abstract
Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson's book Carlson on Evidence: Comparing the Georgia and Federal Rules, 3d ed. (with M. Carlson) was cited by the Georgia Court of Appeals in the case Akintoye v. State to determine whether a declaration under the stress of excitement is properly admitted into evidence as an excited utterance.
