Abstract
Assistant Professor Jason A. Cade published “Judging Immigration Equity: Deportation and Proportionality in the Supreme Court” in 50 University of California Davis Law Review 1029 (2017). The article comprehensively examines the U.S. Supreme Court’s deportation and immigration enforcement jurisprudence over the last 15 years, arguing that the court’s decisions have been increasingly animated by a proportionality norm.
