Professor Walter Hellerstein will deliver a talk titled "Jurisdiction to Impose and Enforce Income and Consumption Taxes: Towards a Unified Conception of Tax Nexus?" at a conference on Value Added Tax and Direct Taxation - Similarities and Differences, organized by the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, WU Vienna and the Institute for VAT Research at Stockholm University in March.
